Therapeutic Oils - I Feel Good - Mia Mariu New Essential Oils Review + Giveaway

I got offered by Mia Mariu to try out their new Therapeutic Essential Oils, I could choose I feel Good or Relax. I chose I Feel Good.

Upon receiving the, I feel good Essential Oil I had a lot of sinus issues going on. In Michigan right now the weather is in an in-between stage where sometimes it's cold and then it will warm up a few days, Let's just say it is the season to be sick here!

I feel good is said to be  100% pure therapeutic essential oils. Used for: Colds, Flu, headaches, body aches, fever, sore throat, bronchial distress, digestion. By just massaging a few drops on the affected area.

Its ingredients are almond, Apricot, Grapeseed, Jojoba, Rosehip, Macadamia, Coconut, Eucalyptus, Bay laurel, Lemon, Peppermint essential oils.

Essentially that makes this an essential oil blend :) In the directions there is no mention of whether or not it is indigestible. There is no warning against it, but it does only say to massage into the affected areas and so that is what I did. I had a sore throat and headache. I wasn't sure if these were symptoms of sinus pressure and drainage or that fact that I had just gotten my wisdom tooth pulled the day before. It does say that if you have body aches it will work for that too. I put it all over my neck and jaw on the side they pulled my tooth, externally. It does have natural carrier oils in it like coconut, almond, and jojoba oils and can be safely rubbed.

I do have to say that I was pretty impressed. The whole time I was thinking how is this going to work without being ingested. It does work though, much like a vapor rub works. It soothes the area you apply it to while your body heat is making an aroma making you feel like you can breathe better. All the ingredients are safe and natural and that makes me feel better about using it too. I have been trying really hard to go more natural as many of you know. I definitely would not think twice about using this on any of my children including my son with autism who tends to mouth a lot. It doesn't leave behind a ton of the greasiness like vapor rubs do, but the aroma still lasts.

I hope you found this review to be useful :)
