My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is a great bedtime story. I got a lot of woo's and ahhs from this book. "oh mom how did she do that?" It's magic, this Abigail is magic :) It's baffling sometimes how Tali can stuff so much information in to these children books. You learn about the culture and even a little bit of what it takes to survive there.

If you want a bedtime story to get your little ones imaginations running about the the whole world out there this book is a great start. My daughter was learning vocabulary she didn't know. For example what an oasis is. What I find so fascinating about this book is that Jasmine didn't realized that she was learning as whole lesson about the Sahara, she didn't see it as work. Just an adventure she was taking while I read to her.

My daughter loved the pictures and also that there was a little girl in the book with her same name :) She loved that Abigail's bike is a magic bike. She asked where she was going next when I finished reading. 5 Stars!!!
