As many of you know Joe is into the fitness and dieting. I (Jessie Pearl) write his review for him. Joe was the one testing the product and giving me all the feedback I'm giving you.

Life & Food Garcinia Cambogia Supreme 80% HCA claims to be a maximum strength formula. It is said to suppress your appetite and inhibit fat, improving energy and serotonin levels. Also has claim of being premium grade purity and bio-availability.

So what did Joe think?

This is surely Premium Grade. When you take this as directed 20-30 minutes before you eat with a full glass of water you do feel like eating a lot less. Also taking it this way helps you pass the unwanted fat you might eat. It just goes straight through you, not in a bad or unwanted way. Just be prepared for going to the bathroom more if you choose to eat greasy foods, this is a fat blocker and it really does block the fat.

You also feel more relaxed when taking it, which helps with stress eating and also belly fat. It works by raising your serotonin levels and so puts you in a general feel good mood.

also giving you more "good energy" I called it that because you do not get jittery or super hyper. You just feel a lot less sluggish in the mornings and threw out the day.

Overall Joe really likes this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to diet. It will help a lot. Its a nice natural way to loose weight. It really does do everything is says it does.
